Ropsley Ltd is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Financial Controller to play a key role in our growth journey. What you’ll be doing
* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
* Producing accurate financial and management reporting across multiple entities
* Strengthening internal controls and governance
* Managing cash flow and working capital for optimal business performance
* Supporting operational and commercial teams with data-driven insights
* Improving systems, processes, and efficiency (including ERP implementation)
* Identifying value-creation and cost-saving opportunities
* Inspiring, mentoring, and developing the finance team
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in financial management and leadership
* Strong background within engineering or contracting
* Multi-entity group experience
* Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
* Experience supporting ERP implementation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* A proactive mindset with the drive to create positive change
