Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Mental Health Needs? This full-time, long-term Behaviour Mentor role in a specialist SEN school in Cheltenham is ideal for anyone eager to build hands-on experience working with children who have Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health or other complex behaviours.
Responsibilities
* In the classroom, support pupils in their learning, promote emotional wellbeing, help to manage behaviour, and encourage positive social relationships.
* Play a significant role in a specialist SEN school setting, working with young people to overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
Qualifications & Experience
* Interest or experience in SEN and Mental Health support; graduates or individuals pursuing careers in Educational Psychology, Counselling, Therapy or Education are encouraged to apply.
