Supported by a large, experienced and welcoming team, the setting is committed to enabling every learner to reach their full potential through personalised support, creativity and a strong culture of inclusion. The school is looking to appoint a full-time HLTA on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful HLTA will work closely with pupils with Autism, complex medical needs and challenging behaviours, delivering targeted support, promoting engagement and using a reflective approach to meet individual learning needs whilst working collaboratively with the wider teaching and support team.
