Randstad UK CPE team is looking to onboard an NSI Traffic Marshall to join a residential site in Letchworth Garden City.
Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Construction)

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

You are a reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshall joining our project in Letchworth Garden City. This is a long-term, ongoing position in maintaining a safe site for both workers and the public.
Key Responsibilities
Guiding vehicles and heavy machinery through designated routes to ensure smooth traffic flow.
Using hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate clearly with drivers and operators.
Monitoring the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and taking immediate action to mitigate risks.
Implementing established traffic management plans and ensuring the safety of pedestrians at crossing points.
Assisting with site security to deter unauthorized access and maintaining accurate records of traffic flow or incidents.
Participating in toolbox talks and reporting any safety hazards to site management.Qualifications & Requirements
Valid NPORS or CPCS Card (Traffic Marshall/Vehicle Marshaller).
NSI 08 or 06 Qualification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshall on utility or large-scale construction sites.
A recent, checkable work reference is essential.
A proactive approach to site safety and clear communication skills.
Must be able to commit to the full duration of the project starting in January 2026
