Owen Daniels are supporting a leading engineering company and we are looking for an Experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business.
Electro-Mechanical Fitter – Key responsibilities:
* Assembling and taking apart low and high voltage rotating equipment
* Experienced in inspecting, servicing, and repairing motors used in hazardous environments
* Identify damage and wear on AC/DC motors and similar machinery
* Ensure work meets quality and technical standards required for each job
* Complete paperwork daily and weekly correctly
Electro-Mechanical Fitter - Essential Skills & Experience:
* Qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, with City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or similar
* Background in electro-mechanical work and with rotating equipment
* Skilled in fault finding and strong attention to detail
* Flexible to travel for site-based and offshore work when required
