Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Borehamwood, for a Senior Hire Negotiator at Charles Wilson Plant Hire. The role involves overseeing day-to-day rental operations, managing client accounts, and dealing with customers at the front desk. As an integral part of the team, you will plan the transport routes for our drivers, liaise with equipment suppliers, resolve customer queries efficiently, and ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate hire records, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating closely with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in customer service and client management
* Experience in equipment rental or construction industries is highly desirable
