About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and educating students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The role encompasses: Designing and delivering engaging music lessons that foster creativity, technical proficiency, and a lifelong love of music. Planning and implementing a diverse curriculum that encompasses music theory, history, and performance. Preparing students for exams, auditions, and performances, showcasing their musical talents. Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's overall music program. Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching music at the secondary level. A deep understanding of music pedagogy and a passion for sharing musical knowledge. Proficiency in a variety of musical instruments and genres. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
