Responsibilities include
creating a safe and engaging environment for children in the nursery, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to support learning and development, and supervising playtime to ensure safety and well-being.
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication is essential.
Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene, as well as observing and assessing children's progress to provide feedback to parents, are also key duties.
Collaborating with team members to uphold high standards of care and education in the nursery is a fundamental part of the role.
