Hiregiant are currently looking for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join the team in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will be driving a Class 1 vehicle completing trailer swaps. Starting at 9am a typical shift could be up to 9 or 10 hours, working Monday to Friday.
You will need to check the load is secure, complete vehicle checks and complete paperwork. However, no handball and no heavy lifting will be involved.
This is a good opportunity for ongoing HGV Class 1 driving work, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.
Hours and pay
£17 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
Working Monday to Friday starting at 9am and usually working 9 to 10 hours.
Optional overtime on weekends, paid at an enhanced rate.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence, with category C+E.
Valid Tacho and CPC.
Safety boots and high viz.
An understanding of health and safety.
