Saalry: Up to £60,000
A growing energy and LED solutions provider is looking to appoint a Service Delivery Manager to lead its operations and maintenance (O&M) function across LED lighting and wider energy assets.
This is a key role within the business, focused on ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships and efficient operational performance as the maintenance portfolio continues to grow.
The Role
Reporting into senior operations leadership, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met while driving continuous improvement across people, process and performance.
This role suits someone with experience in service delivery, maintenance management or operations, who enjoys building structure, improving outcomes and acting as a key interface between clients and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of O&M services across LED lighting and related energy assets
* Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met consistently
* Coordinate planning, engineers, project managers and customer teams to optimise service delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing issues proactively and professionally
* Drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes and performance
* Oversee health & safety compliance, including RAMS and site safety requirements
* Monitor KPIs and service data, using insight to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Manage O&M documentation and support long-term asset performance
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in service delivery, operations or maintenance management
* Background in LED lighting, electrical services, energy or building services
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working to SLAs and contractual service requirements
* Good understanding of health & safety processes (RAMS, site safety)
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
Desirable
* Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH / NEBOSH)
* Technical or engineering background
* Experience in energy efficiency, lighting or facilities management environments
