Run For All is one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit sporting events companies, delivering races that bring people together to get active, raise funds and have fun.
We’re looking for a creative, data‑driven Creative Lead to own and elevate our content across all platforms – primarily across organic social media channels and email marketing. You’ll shape our voice, tell powerful stories and create engaging content that excites runners, supporters and partners while driving event participation and community impact.
You’ll also be an active member of our on‑the‑ground team, working at a variety of events on weekends throughout the season to help deliver unforgettable race day experiences and ensure our brand is represented at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support with the development of content strategy that elevates our brand and supports business goals
* Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
* Write and edit content across various formats – web, blog, email, social, case studies and internal communications
* Drive growth, engagement and reach through creative planning, trend spotting and community management
* Report on performance and work closely with Digital team to continuously optimise based on insights
* Create and implement email marketing, planning, copywriting and scheduling
* Produce high-impact newsletters, event campaigns and various communications
* Improve open, click-through and conversion rates through A/B testing and data‑led decisions
* Maintain and grow CRM data quality and customer journeys
* Collaborate with internal teams and externals including photographers, videographers and partners

* Creative, hands on and eager to experiment with new formats and ideas
* Experience in a marketing, events, or charity environment is beneficial, but not essential – we’re happy to support training for the right candidate with the right attitude and potential
