Reporting To
Team Leader
The Role
To work alongside the local sales team, performing sales related administration to support local sales managers and directors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the interior and exterior planting sector where progression and development are encouraged.
Your main duties will include:
* Creating introduction presentations for new clients
* Creating moodboards and visuals for clients
* Creating and pricing customer proposals
* Creating and amending client records on the CRM system
* Completing monthly sales documents
* Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
To be considered for the Sales Support Administrator position you will ideally have the following:
Skills Required:
* Competent user of Google or Microsoft Office systems
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Strong attention to detail & accuracy skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
* Able to accurately follow instructions
* Ability to deliver tasks & work to deadlines
* Able to deliver excellent customer service internally and externally
* Passionate about delivering success
* Previous sales/administration experience would be advantageous
