The Role: An exciting Part Time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our fantastic accounts team based at our Pillory Street, Nantwich Office.
The role of Legal Cashier will suit somebody who is a strong team player with (preferably) hands on experience of transactional accounting processes within the legal sector.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a positive and friendly personality and the ability to manage time, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring Client & Office Accounts and allocating funds received
* Dealing with CHAPS, BACS, Cheque payments & transfers between accounts
* Taking card payments and reconciling end of day reports
* Resolving accounts queries raised by fee earners & other staff
* Assisting other members of the accounts team where necessary
* Checking & processing bills & completion statements
* Daily Banking
* Managing Petty Cash transactions

Working Hours: Fixed Days - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm Hours a week)
Holidays: 20 days inclusive of bank holidays (33 days FTE)
Salary: £14,400 - £17,400 (£24,000 - £29,000 FTE) dependent on experience
