The Opportunity
As a Personal Assistant at Bioscript Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a variety of tasks, and contribute to the success of our dynamic business. You’ll be empowered to take initiative, develop your organisational skills, and make a real impact by enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The successful candidate must be available to start February 2026 to allow for a thorough handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary and travel management for Senior Leadership Team,
* Assist with organising internal and external company events
* Processing expenses and managing budgets
* Preparing high-quality reports and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Maintaining accurate records, databases, and onboarding admin
* Organising and managing meeting rooms
* Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team with varied admin support
About You
* Proven experience as a PA, Administrator or Team Assistant in a corporate setting
* Ideally previous exposure in a supporting role
* Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A positive team player who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders
Please note, this role will be based a minimum 2 days per week from our Macclesfield office. There will also be required travel to our Manchester office, London office and other UK based locations.
