Hybrid | Close-Knit Team & service | Manageable Workload | A Supportive Agency | No Micro-management
Senior SW - £42 negotiable rate (ask for details)
We're currently working with a highly rated local authority in the South East of England, on a great opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join the Child and Family Assessment team as a Senior Social Worker.
Leaders in Care are offering £42/h for this role, one of the highest in the area currently.
With this council, you don’t have to worry about being bogged down with too many cases, as caseloads are split evenly across the service to ensure they are manageable, and you will be supported by a long-standing management structure to ensure a stable and stress-free working environment.
You'll also be joining a close-knit team that is supported by a stable, longstanding senior management team who allow you the platform to do your best work. This is done by allowing you to manage your own diary as you see fit, and with no micro-management, only supporting when needed and trusting you to provide the best care to all children & families involved in the service.
