Job Title: Marketing Assistant (15 Month FTC with potential of becoming permanent)
Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)
Salary: £19,050 + benefits
Working hours: 30 Hours per week 9-4pm Mon-Fri
Start Date: 1st October 2025

What you’ll be doing:
* Running our social media calendar and creating engaging content (with a focus on LinkedIn)
* Keeping marketing materials fresh, on-brand, and eye-catching
* Designing graphics and ad-hoc materials in Canva for our Recruitment Consultants
* Supporting with presentations and client brochures
* Co-ordinating website updates with our external partners
* Writing and publishing 2 blogs per week
* Producing our monthly internal newsletter
* Attending company social events (Summer Social, Christmas Party and occasional end-of-month events) to capture content for social channels and internal communications
What we’re looking for:
Confident with Canva & Microsoft Office
Social media savvy (especially LinkedIn)
Strong design eye & creative flair
Excellent copywriting and grammar skills
Highly organised and deadline-focused
Familiar with SEO and content marketing principles
Bonus points for:
* Experience in a junior marketing role/internship
* Website editing/maintenance
* Creating & scheduling branded content
* Creating & scheduling branded content
* Related degree desirable but not essential
