Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Didsbury (Start Date: December) A warm and inclusive primary school in Didsbury is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a caring, proactive, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from December. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils thrive both academically and socially. Working closely with the class teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering one-to-one and small group support across a range of subjects Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and pupil assessments Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Supporting children with additional needs, including SEND and EAL Encouraging positive behaviour and helping maintain classroom routines Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support holistic development Contributing to school life, including events, enrichment activities, and team planning Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to making a difference.
