Social Media Executive Overview
A fast-paced fashion supplier is looking for a confident, driven, and ambitious Social Media Executive to support the growth of three consumer brands. This is a hands-on, creative role focused on organic brand growth, content creation, and community building across social platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping how the brands look, sound, and show up online. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands brand culture, and wants to build a long-term career in brand and marketing.
You will work closely under the marketing and wholesale executive, supporting strategy execution while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
Social Media Executive Key Responsibilities
1. Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality, on-brand content (short-form video and static)
2. Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
3. Adapt content to suit different brand tones, audiences, and positioning.
4. Develop and pitch creative content ideas, staying on top of social trends.
5. Support campaign launches, drops, and key brand moments.
6. Help define and maintain brand identity across organic channels.
7. Identify, outreach to, and manage influencers and UGC creators.
8. Source, brief, and organise UGC for organic and paid use, tracking performance.
9. Support community engagement and assist with brand collaborations.
10. Contribute to organic follower growth and brand awareness.
About You
11. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated
12. Passionate about brand, fashion/lifestyle, and social media
13. Comfortable being on camera and working with creators
14. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture
15. Organised, reliable, ambitious, and eager to learn
16. Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
17. Experience creating content for brands or personal channels
18. Understanding of influencer marketing, UGC, and organic vs paid content
Candidates will be considered on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is best suited to a graduate or final year student looking to secure their first creative role in the fashion industry.
