You’ll take ownership of launches from a marketing perspective, ensuring practices open smoothly and are commercially set up for success.Take end-to-end ownership of marketing for new, merged and relocated practice launches.Lead forecasting and demand planning to support launch performance and patient acquisition.Develop and deliver tailored launch plans aligned to commercial objectives.Coordinate activity across CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Content and local marketing channels.Work closely with Facilities, Operations, Finance and Clinical teams to align timelines and dependencies.Monitor launch performance, identifying risks and opportunities and adjusting plans where needed.Ensure launches are delivered on time, on brand and within agreed budgets.Embed a consistent and scalable approach to M&R marketing activity across the practice network.Opportunity to leverage CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to enhance workflows and lead management, with prior CRM experience beneficial but not essential.An ideal candidate will have proven experience leading marketing activity for launches, rollouts or multi-site programmes, with strong forecasting, planning and stakeholder management skills.
