Are you a Production Manager with a background in maintenance engineering and experience working in the heavy engineering sector?

An excellent opportunity is available to step into a Site Manager position and autonomously run the flagship site of an established and growing company based out of Southampton Docks.
The company turnover circa £1bn per annum and operate in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable sectors. They are going through significant growth with new sites opened this year and significant investment ongoing at their existing facilities. Due to this growth & expansion, we are seeking a Site Manager to lead one of their key sites in the South.
In this position, you will manage an experienced team covering production, maintenance, export, and procurement. You will have full autonomy in your day-today work and report key metrics to the Group Operations Manager to help with informed decision making at a group level.
Full industry, systems and export training can be provided.

Person:
*Experienced working as a Production Manager / Head of Production / Site Manager
*Experience working in the heavy engineering or similar industry.
*Competent understanding of maintenance engineering
