Solutions Architect – Hybrid Cloud, Centre of Excellence Europe
About the role:
The TD SYNNEX Hybrid Cloud Centre of Excellence Europe is a team of technology experts and certified solution architects responsible for supporting the European countries and their partners in designs, architectures, and technical enablement. They combine a deep understanding of hybrid cloud technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive IT transformation initiatives that meet the business objectives of our customers.
Job Purpose
Certified architect with specialist knowledge and proven experience in Microsoft Security technologies supporting the European country local sales and pre-sales teams as the technical advisor on complex deals and advanced workloads.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with partners translating business requirements into appropriate Microsoft Security technical services and solutions
2. Collaborate with other EMEA sales and pre-sales teams to enhance win rates and better customer propositions
3. Present and articulate features and benefits of Microsoft Security technology solution to business and technical partners as well as Cx level
4. Create and deliver presentations, customized demonstrations, seminars and workshops to partners
5. Design, plan and deliver Microsoft Security Services
6. Demonstrations and Proofs of Concept
7. Become the technical solution expert for a Microsoft Security products and services
8. Maintain up to date Microsoft Security certifications as continuous development of expertise
What we're kindly looking for:
9. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
10. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in IT Security and a background including architecture, implementation and delivery of large‐scale hardware and software systems in real-world situations
11. Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Security capabilities and limitations
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential
13. Fluent in English and other languages are a plus
14. Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-900, AZ-500, SC-100) or willingness to achieve them in the first 6 months
