Candidate Essentials
* Level 4 qualification (e.g. HNC or NVQ) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong building diagnostics and defect resolution skills.
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Knowledge of social housing, EPC standards, and maintenance strategies.
* Experience managing capital/revenue repairs within housing.
