AGHotels Group invites applications for the position of General Assistant for Casamere Hotel, Knutsford. This role requires multitasking in all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and general enquiries.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
* Support daily operations including serving food and drinks, assisting in basic food preparation, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately and follow hotel policies and procedures.
* Report maintenance issues and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth running of all hotel operations.
Flexibility Requirements
* Must be flexible to work any shift.
* Hospitality experience is an added advantage.
* Must be available to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
* Willing to assist across different areas of the hotel based on business needs.
