Job Description:
The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint a dedicated and passionate Director of Sport to provide strategic and operational leadership of our Sports Faculty, starting January 2026. The role involves overseeing all sport at the school, ensuring development from infants to senior levels, and teaching Games at all levels.
The candidate should be a talented sports player and coach, capable of leading our first team in at least one sport, preferably multiple. They should be an enthusiastic teacher with strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for coaching development across age groups. An understanding of the role of sport in school life is essential.
