Job Description:
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd., Cambridgeshire
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning orders into production schedules, coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring compliance with export documentation and standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Liaise with third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
4. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales departments to align stock levels and forecasts.
5. Manage logistics companies to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
6. Investigate customer delivery complaints.
7. Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
8. Perform additional tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency with Sage 200.
* Strong data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Experience with KPIs related to order fulfillment and warehouse audits.

* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
