6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
8. Provide regular updates on account statuses and outstanding payments.
9. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
10. Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Collections / Customer Service Assistant should have:
11. Experience in customer service or a similar role within the energy and natural resources sector.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
14. Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
16. Knowledge of payment collections processes and account management is advantageous.
What's on Offer
17. Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 - £28,000 per annum - salary will start on around 25/26k
