Head Chef - Guysfield, Letchworth - £15.45 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team in preparing and serving nutritious and delicious meals and drinks for our residents.
* Developing seasonal menus that reflect our residents' preferences and dietary requirements, while also incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
* Ensuring that all food safety standards are met and maintained in the care home.
* Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations for residents as needed.
* Coordinating and communicating with the residents and relatives to ensure the satisfaction and needs of everyone is met and exceeded through continual feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
* A culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* A creative flair for menu planning and recipe development.
