Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, professional and personable Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be joining 4 other experienced valuers, visiting clients to provide them with a property appraisal, preparing sales details, working on the phones to support the team and assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities
* Visiting clients at their properties to provide property appraisals
* Supporting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance
* Conduct property viewings to showcase available properties
* Prepare and present property listings, including descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals involved in property transactions
* Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication flow
* Stay informed about local property market trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice
Skills
* Experience as an Estate Agent including property appraisals
* Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client portfolios effectively
* Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds
* Organised approach to workload management with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Professional demeanour with a proactive attitude towards client service and problem-solving
