Responsibilities of our Community Operations Volunteer Team Manager: Lead high-quality volunteer management across a defined geographical area, ensuring that volunteer-led activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with organisational policies and best practice Responsible for the full volunteer lifecycle, including the recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing support of a diverse volunteer team Play a vital part in enabling the successful delivery of Cats Protection’s work across centres, branches, regional hubs, and specific projects About the Community Operations team: The community operations team is responsible for supporting our volunteers in centres and branches to work towards our strategy – All for Cats. Our centres and branches care for thousands of cats each year until they are able to find a loving new home.
