Surveying Manager - Field Operations & Team Leadership We're looking for an experienced Surveying Manager to lead and develop a high-performing field-based surveying team - while remaining hands-on and actively involved in survey delivery when needed. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building strong teams, driving performance, and maintaining exceptional service standards - but who is equally comfortable putting on their boots and getting out on site. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take full responsibility for the performance, output and development of a field surveying team. You'll ensure work is delivered to the highest quality standards, manage workloads, and drive continuous improvement - while supporting the team during peak demand by conducting surveys yourself. You'll play a key role in balancing people leadership, operational performance, and service delivery.
