🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead delivery of AV systems for new builds and refurbishments
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and site challenges
* Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients
* Own handover, training, and ongoing client satisfaction
* Ensure top-quality outcomes — right first time, every time
📌 What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in AV project management
* Strong knowledge of AV tech (Video, DSP, Lighting, Control Systems)
* Familiarity with AVIXA standards (CTS certs a plus)
* Confident with budgeting, site visits, and stakeholder comms
* Skilled in problem-solving, organisation, and clear communication
* Full UK driving licence
