Interview date 09/02/2026 Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Entry on Specialist Register in Acute Internal Medicine or General Internal Medicine or entry expected within 6 months from the date of interview MRCP or equivalent Desirable criteria MD, PhD or equivalent Specialty Certificate Examination in Acute Internal Medicine Experience Essential criteria Clinical training and experience equivalent to that required for gaining (UK) CCT in Acute Internal Medicine (AIM) or General Internal Medicine (GIM) Desirable criteria Higher training in a dedicated Acute Medicine specialty training scheme. Critical Care experience Academic, Research & Publicati Essential criteria Experience of conducting clinical audit. Desirable criteria To have published in peer re-viewed journals.
