The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service. Package Description Competitive Hourly Rate Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Supervising a team of bar staff, ensuring they're briefed, motivated, and ready to deliver great service. Supporting the Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events. Serving customers and leading by example with excellent product knowledge and service standards. Monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring correct storage and handling. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety behind the bar. Handling any customer queries or complaints professionally. Ideal Candidate Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a bar, pub, restaurant, or events venue. A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good knowledge of bar operations and confidence handling busy service periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays/events.
