Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
* Manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, ventilation, water systems, CHP plant and compressors.
* Diagnose faults and failures in mechanical services and restore systems quickly to maintain business continuity
* Lead the development and delivery of planned maintenance.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Contribute to long-term maintenance planning, risk assessments, and technical documentation
Requirements:
* Qualified in Mechanical or Plant Maintenance, or Building Services Engineering
* Significant experience of building services engineering and maintenance management (or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of modern mechanical systems and compliance standards
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
* Knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems or similar systems
* Full and valid UK driving licence
