About the Role:
You'll work closely with Account Executives and directly with clients to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance policies, ensuring smooth renewals, efficient service, and strong relationships. The role can be full time or part time.
Responsibilities:
* As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy servicing
* Supporting Account Executives with new business activity
* Preparing and issuing policy documents and renewal terms
* Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and provide tailored cover
* Providing clients with prompt, professional advice across a range of commercial risks
About You:
* As an existing Commercial Account Handler, with a minimum of 12 months' experience in a commercial insurance role
* Strong working knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident building relationships with clients and insurers alike
* Experience using Acturis is a bonus but not essential
* Cert CII qualified or working towards (preferred but not required)
