Job Title: Cover Supervisors

Salary: £90-£130 a day
Are you passionate about education and looking for an opportunity to support student's learning in a dynamic school environment?
We are currently recruiting dedicated and dependable Cover Supervisors to work in high schools across the Crewe area. In this role, you will ensure students continue their education while the regular teacher is absent. If you have experience working with young people, possess strong communication skills, and are adaptable, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support students in the classroom during the absence of the class teacher
Ensure students stay on task and complete their work
Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment by managing behaviour
Support student's social, emotional, and educational needs
Report any issues or concerns to relevant school staff
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe learning environment
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience is beneficial)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain control in a classroom setting
A flexible, proactive approach to supporting student learning and well being
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Reliability and professionalism at all times
