Job Description
· Develop and define Target State Architecture (TSA) that aligns with long-term business and technology strategy.
· Design and implement enterprise-wide data strategies, encompassing data modeling, integration, governance, and analytics readiness.
· Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Security) to align architectural direction with business priorities.
· Lead architectural assessments and define principles, patterns, and roadmaps for scalable solutions.
· Provide technical leadership in large, cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
· Conduct gap analysis between current and target states, and define transition roadmaps and interim architectures.
· Mentor engineering teams and support development with architecture guardrails and design reviews.
· Ensure alignment of technology solutions with security, compliance, and performance standards.
· Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that support enterprise innovation.
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in software architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles.
· Deep experience in designing Target State Architectures across domains (applications, data, integration, cloud).
· Proven track record of building and executing data strategies at scale, including data lakes, warehousing, or modern data platforms.
· Expertise in architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
· Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture principles.
· Proficiency in data modeling, ETL pipelines, APIs, microservices, and integration architectures.
· Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with tools like ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or similar.
· Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
· Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
