Overview
We are currently looking for a receptionist to work on our client’s site within Crawley, front of house, ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service. The position is on the ground floor, greeting visitors, directing them, and handling emails and phone calls, along with related queries. Administrative duties are involved.
Responsibilities
* Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming visitors and directing them accordingly
* Answer emails and phone calls promptly and appropriately
* Manage the reception and helpdesk inbox
* Deal with queries from occupiers or workers
* Sign in visitors and assist with directions
* Report relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team
* Maintain an immaculately presented front of house area; replenish stock in kitchens and keep areas tidy
Experience / Qualifications
* Customer-facing experience in hotels, corporate, airlines, or marketing/event sectors
* Enthusiastic about delivering a high level of service at all times
* Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
* Excellent communication skills for dealing with high-profile clients
* Well-presented appearance (Black/Navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, black court shoes; tie for male)
