Many of our Managers and Team Leaders started as Support Workers, progressing through ongoing training and coaching.
As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care and support according to care plans
* Promoting community relationships through activities
* Reporting, recording, and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with health professionals and families
* Conducting supervisions and audits
* Ensuring duties are performed to standards and fostering a positive, homely atmosphere
