THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to architect, lead and scale our cross-market affiliate strategy, transforming a fragmented approach into a powerful acquisition channel that delivers significant revenue, grows high-value partnerships and drives meaningful sales growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build a global program from the ground up within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will combine sharp strategic thinking with exceptional execution, operating comfortably strategically and in delivery.

The task:

Working with the agency to develop best-practice processes for partner onboarding, briefing, optimisation, payments and compliance.
Collaborate closely with e-commerce, creative, brand, influencer, paid media and local marketing teams within a matrix structure.
Implement affiliate-specific creative guidelines, content calendars and performance playbooks.

Analytics and reporting

Work with the analytics and ecomm teams to build a robust reporting framework, ensuring visibility of the following within each market:
New customers
Incremental revenue
Partner quality and contribution
Work with e-comm and marketing teams to improve attribution models and identify incrementality and optimise programme accordingly
Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews with insights and optimisations.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
