Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Aesthetics Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapies, dermal fillers, and botulinum toxin, or a combination of these and similar procedures. This role is vital in delivering high-quality training programmes, ensuring learners gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge to succeed in aesthetics. The trainer will foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that promotes excellence, professionalism, and safety.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training programmes across a range of aesthetic treatments tailored to individual and group learner needs.
* Deliver engaging, interactive sessions that accommodate different learning styles.
* Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to learners to help them achieve competency and confidence in practice.
* Monitor learner progress, adapting training approaches to meet varying abilities and experience levels.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, treatment protocols, and best practice guidelines in aesthetics.
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes professionalism and patient-centred care.
* Collaborate with academy staff to coordinate training schedules, assessments, and resources.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience performing aesthetic procedures such as injectables or other advanced treatments.
* Teaching qualification essential – minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET); ideally Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET) or equivalent (e.g. PGCE).
* Hold or be working towards Level 4, 5, and 7 qualifications in aesthetics.
* Assessor and IQA qualifications desirable (or willingness to work towards them).
* Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support learners.
* Organised, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards in training and education.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £18.00 per hour
