The Bespoke Window Group is a specialist installer of timber windows and doors based in the West Midlands. We are on the lookout for an experienced, MTC qualified lead fitter and mate to form a new installation team. As a Lead Fitter you will be trusted with representing the company at the most important stage of a customer's journey, the installation.
Using your expertise, technical aptitude and experience you will carry out and take command of the installation process from start to finish ensuring the company's exceedingly high standards are maintained.
You will need:
* Previous experience in fitting windows and doors.
* Joinery/Carpentry Skills.
* Hold a valid MTC card.
The ideal candidate will:

* Be able to problem solve and troubleshoot issues that may occur on site.
