About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Platform Architect (Advisory) to help some of the UK’s most complex and security-critical organisations design and deliver cutting-edge hybrid cloud solutions.
You’ll be part of a growing Cloud Architecture and Consulting team working at the intersection of technology strategy, large-scale transformation, and national security.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can translate business goals into technical vision — and guide organisations through the reality of hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale hybrid cloud strategies and architectures
* Shape technology roadmaps and transformation plans that balance innovation with security and operational resilience
* Advise senior stakeholders, including C-suite and senior technologists, on how to extract real value from cloud adoption
* Provide impartial assessment of cloud strategy, vendor offerings, and integration approaches
* Drive best practice in hybrid hosting, observability, and operating model design
* Collaborate with teams across cloud, defence, and national security domains to deliver measurable impact
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced technical leader with deep understanding of both legacy and modern cloud environments, able to bridge strategy and execution.
You’ll bring:
Experience developing enterprise technology strategies and delivering hybrid cloud transformations
Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Strong understanding of enterprise MI, observability, and operating model design
Ability to balance “one-size-fits-all” vs. tailored landing zone approaches
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with executives and engineers alike
Ideally, relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, CISSP)
Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping organisations harness technology securely and effectively.
