Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
* Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
