Key Responsibilities: An Associate will be joining the Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol, handling a range of complex and high-profile matters across the UK. The role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, covering areas such as:
5. Commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, secured lending, development, investmemt, and landlord/tenant matters
6. Collaborating within a team with extensive experience across various industry sectors and all areas of Commercial Property law
7. Contributing to the growth of the Commercial Property practice, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, secured lending, portfolio management, and landlord/tenant work
8. Managing a personal caseload while supporting large commercial property and development deals
Skills & Experience Required:
9. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate
10. A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
11. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
12. Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
13. A collaborative team player, with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues
