Finance Transformation Specialist| In-house Finance team | London

Your new role:

We're creating a new seat for a Financial Transformation Specialist in our London office, joining a small and growing in‑house Finance team with global reach. This is a high‑impact opportunity to help shape how finance reporting, processes and insights are delivered across our offices.

You'll play a key role in strengthening finance capability by building scalable reporting foundations, enabling automation and supporting self‑service insights for stakeholders across the Fund. This will include:

* Finance & Project Reporting

o Reshape our existing reporting and develop new reporting, including preparation of dashboards and self-serve for internal stakeholders

o Drive alignment with Australian Finance teams to support consistent and timely delivery to the Global Heads

* Process Improvement & Automation

o Assess requirements for implementation planning, and work with appropriate Technology and Oracle teams

o Provide advice and guidance on streamlining, automation, and integration for major projects, including payroll, procurement, etc.

o Develop new workflow processes for the International Finance domain and prepare necessary documentation

o Work closely with the Product & Systems Finance team based in Australia to ensure International Offices aspects and deliverables are considered

* Stakeholder Management & Engagement

o Work with all business domains, establishing strong relationships globally, including HR, Payroll, procurement, Projects, and Technology.

o Support the Head of International Finance with communications on strategic transformation and reports for Senior Leader Committees and Boards etc


You will need:

* Relevant Accounting Qualifications with highly developed financial & numerical capabilities

* Significant exposure working in Financial Services (Funds/Audit/banking etc)

* High level of familiarity and self-reliance with accounting packages

* Excellent track record working with complicated organisation structures, encompassing multiple offices, investments, departments, and projects

* Outstanding communication skills, working with stakeholders, managing tight deadlines

* Ability to work autonomously and in a close-knit team environment

* Ability to review, challenge and add value to the Finance team and Fund globally

This position is based at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid work schedule.
