The HRBusiness Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to management andemployees, delivering

HR expertiseto support the business’ goals. The role focuses on fostering a positiveemployee experience, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and rivingorganizational performance. A key element of this position is the ability toeffectively

manageemployee relation issues, particularly within the framework of UK employmentlaw..

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align HRstrategies with business objectives

• Provide data-driven insights andrecommendations to support decision making

• Act as a trusted advisor to management onall HR related matters

• Manage complex employee relation issues,including disciplinary, grievance processes, ensuring compliance with UKemployment law

• Conduct thorough investigations and provideexpert guidance to resolve workplace conflicts

• Develop, implement and monitor HR policiesand procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices

• Provide training to managers on employmentlaw

• Support workforce planning, includingsuccession planning and talent acquisition strategies

• Foster a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growth

• Track and analyse key HR metrics to identifytrends and recommend interventions

• Design, lead, execute recruitment campaignsHIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL 2

What we’re lookingfor

• Proven experience as an HRBP or similarrole, with significant focus on employee relations

• Familiarity with HR systems such as WorkdayHRIS

• Strong understanding of UK employmentlegislation and HR best practices

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Excellent interpersonal skills with theability to build trust and influence at all levels

• Strategic thinker, ability to align HRpractices with business goals

• Excellent attention to detail

• Self-motivated

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills(Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,demonstrating adaptability, time management and resilience under pressure.
