Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in project delivery and team coordination. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Coordinating with clients and principal contractors to ensure smooth project execution
* Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards
* Managing procurement of key materials, including long lead-time items
* Participating in design and planning meetings during pre-construction phases
* Ensuring all necessary documentation and information is available for on-site teams
* Monitoring labour allocation and project timelines to ensure efficiency
