ABC Teachers is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to work in an SEN School in Kidderminster on a full-time basis. About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide personalised assistance and behavioural support to students, helping them re-engage with learning in a positive and structured environment. Support will be given in small class settings of 8 on a 1:1 basis, ranging from 5-19 years of age, enabling you to have a greater individual impact. Work closely with class teachers to support academic progress and provide pastoral care and guidance, helping to foster emotional resilience and improved behaviour. This is a full-time role, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
