Requirements:
* 15+yrs of experience in business development for BPO services (Consulting/Tech experience will be added advantage)
* Specialist on Insurance (MUST), Life Sciences, Healthcare sectors
* At least 10+ yrs of experience in Pharma/Healthcare.
* Experience of influencing and advising C level execs
* Very fluent with digital transformation and AI/GenAI propositions for business operations
* Experience of creating sales pitch, solution themes, contract negotiation amongst other things across the sales cycle
* Track record of closing multi tower, large deals (50-100 MM+)
